Functional training cuts out a whole bunch of superfluous exercises and equipment to give players exactly what they need: better balance, strength, movement patterns, agility and better conditioning specifically for the sport they love, basketball. 

Whether it's using the Core VYO trainers for core control, body weight for lunges, medicine balls for chest passes or lots of fast break drills for conditioning, this program will push players out of their comfort zone so they can reach a new level of fitness and better performance on the court.
